I am sorry that I missed last month. It was a huge learning curve for me which I would like to share. Ketu, or south node of the moon for those of you who have some western astrology knowledge, is transiting my Sun exactly. Ketu is the ‘chia graha’ in Sanskrit, which means, ‘shadow planet’.

Meet Carlos Jong; Personal Trainer, Entrepreneur and Community Action Leader.

Carlos , originally from Mexico City, moved to Playa del Carmen in 1999 to take a job at local area resorts working in sports animation as well as water sports; kayaking, snorkeling, and sailing. During one of his first jobs, at the Bahia Principe Resort, he met his future wife, Laura Raikes who was on a holiday from Wales, and she then decided to stay in Mexico and got a job alongside Carlos in animation.

I am so excited to write about this time. One of my favorite quotes is , “Life is not measured by the breathes you take but by that which takes your breath away”. If you listen carefully you will find that we are NOW in such times. The Planets are beautiful!

 My favorite author for the past 5 years is Dr. David Hawkins. He began with Linus Pauling, whom many of you will remember as the “Vitamin C Doctor”. I am just reading his 7th, and latest book, after being stunned by his ground breaking, “Power vs. Force”, which I highly recommend to everybody! I’d like to include a quote from this last book. 

The US Embassy has released a statement in regards to the flu outbreak in, and around, Mexico City.

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico advises that as a precaution, Mexican authorities closed all schools in the Federal District and in the State of Mexico on April 24, 2009 as the Mexican Secretariat of Health announced hundreds of cases of flu in the country, some of which may be the H1N1 strain of “swine flu”. Some other public institutions, such as museums and government offices, are also closed. Exact numbers of the people infected with the various strains of flu are unavailable. The U.S. Embassy has no additional information about closures.

One of the greatest visions, in the sky here in the Riveria Maya, is when you are able to see Venus in the sky. Currently Venus is exalted in Venus, which means the vibration of love is strong, and Venus is in Pisces for the entire month, which is also great for romance. On April 15th, Mars moves into Pisces as well. The message is surrender to your heart messages.

I was recently contacted by Spa Itzá to do a site inspection, and they also invited me to try a deep tissue massage, and a Maya Healing Bath during my visit; how could anyone say no to an offer like that?? I made an appointment to meet the PR Manager, Jose Luis Lopez as well as majority partner/director Sharon Sedgwick. Upon arriving at the spa I was greeted by a friendly young man behind the desk who promptly offered me a cool towel and a drink of water while I waited for Jose and Sharon.

The Full Moon on the 10th of March sits in Leo with Saturn. If we look globally there are massive lessons going on all around the ‘ego’. There are financial losses being experienced that are ‘leveling the playing field’ so to speak. Egos’ will need to be addressed or undressed as necessity rears its head. Interestingly enough, during these times, those who have never accumulated a ton of wealth will not be feeling anything different.
