The Zenzi at the Corto Maltes is now open, and has full bar service and a delicious appetizer menu. The kitchen will be fully operational in the next couple of weeks, and from the looks, and tastes, of things they are off to a great start! With wood, stone, and light accents like no other place in Playa del Carmen Zenzi is sure to become a crowd favorite. Fusion Hotel and Restaurant/Bar is a small family run beach hotel located in downtown Playa del Carmen. Known for its friendly service, and laid back atmosphere they have recently started having live music every Friday night. The band has been getting great reviews offering a mix of reggae, and Mexican Caribbean influenced tunes. Seems to me that this is a no brainer; reggae, Caribbean, beach, laid back atmosphere, and a full bar and menu that won't break the bank. See you there!

Om, in Playa del Carmen, celebrated their 4th anniversary in style!

Om was packed to the gills this past Monday to celebrate their 4th anniversary of being in business in Playa del Carmen. As I have mentioned before this is no easy feat, and I often equate Playa del Carmen years to dog years, so it could be said that they celebrated their 28th anniversary! So Congratulations to Om and their crew!

All of the beautiful people were out in full force, enjoying the DJ's pulsing beats, sipping tequila, and noshing on canapes and skewers. Thank you to the gracious hosts, Angelo and Andre, the night was certainly one to go down in the history books! Check out the photo gallery below......
