50,000 tacos served and PMN was there to celebrate!
In only one short year Dr. Taco has hit quite the milestone, they served taco number 50,000 to a local patron, and Playa del Carmen is happy they are here! Known for their battered fish and shrimp tacos (and don't forget those incredible salsas!) Dr. Taco's has become quite famous! So congratulations to Dr. Taco and their incredible staff, here is to the next 50,000!
Have a Japanese restaurant in Playa del Carmen? Why not?
Yes, we actually have a few Japanese restaurants, but this one is new and just seemed to pop up on 30th Ave. It is called Koma Sushi.
So being of a curious and usually hungry nature let’s go there for dinner and don’t tell them you are going to review them so that you really see what kind of service and food you get.

Friends and family of the Ah Cacao Chocolate Cafe in Playa del Carmen gathered to commemorate their official opening.
Throngs of happy patrons descended upon Ah Cacao to sample and try their incredible chocolate concoctions. Their famous brownies, fresh delectable chocolates, and incredible Mayan hot chocolate were consumed and happy customers walked around with chocolate eating grins on their faces.
So thank you to owners Rohan and Monica for supplying us with the most incredible chocolate not only locally, but internationally, globally, and to the moon and back! Welcome to the business community of Playa del Carmen and cheers to you both for all of your success! Pictures of their fans in chocolate heaven...........
Well I just ate the best Taco Al Pastor with Pinneapple and Pumpkin Seed Salsa I've ever had. Check this out! Oh My!

So I take a bite of this sizzling sumptodelicious Pumpkin Seed Salsa smothered Taco Al-Pastor and the only words I could say were “Um-Um, Soooo Gooood! – more please.”.
And that is exactly how it is at Los 3 Carboncitos, the most outstanding taco shop here in the Riviera Maya – well of course, that’s just my opinion. And judging by the rest of the patrons who were enjoying their meals, I would say I have lots of amigos who feel the same.
You see Hector Martinez came from Mexico City to Playa del Carmen last year and opened up Los 3 Carboncitos as a matter of a long term passion with food that he’s had since a young boy in Mexico City.
When Dr. Carlo Nicastro and his wife Cecilia came to Playa del Carmen to celebrate their 2nd wedding anniversary, they had no idea that 2 years later, they would be joining our growing business community and making the best seafood tacos................

Dine in a unique restaurant-bar within a real tropical jungle setting with the sound of a trickling fountain and a small brook running past your feet.
It doesn’t get better than this. This is exactly the way one would picture Paradise. This gentle and relaxing ambiance can be found right in Playa del Carmen at "La Cueva del Chango" (translation: the monkey cave).You will find it close to the newest part of 5th Avenue.
They are now open for dinner in the evening with New Natural Mexican cuisine; unique, simple, fresh and delicious. The ambiance becomes even more delightful in the evening with lights softly glowing in the jungle.

This neighborhood burger joint rocked its competition proving it has the most succulent burgers around.
With an extensive menu, including such burgers as the Hawaina or their famous BBQ burger, the Sun ‘n’ Sand is a must when you need to fulfill your burger craving.
This Saturday the 4th of December is the 1st Anniversary of Viva Margarita located in the Paseo del Carmen Mall!
