Born and raised in Paris France, as well as trained in the art of pastry making, Michel arrived in Playa del Carmen 3 years ago. He opened his shop not quite a year ago, and has already made a name for himself with local restaurants and patrons alike.

Originally located in Calle Corazon, he is now in a new location on 8^th Street between 10^th and 15^th Avenues. Although there are so many treats to choose from, Michel personally recommends the chocolate éclair and fruit tart as some of his favorites. I was lucky enough to bring home a sample of both, and he was right on target, they were scrumptious to the very last crumb!
