Elizabeth Gregg and Mario Gomez are the force behind this dynamic and flourishing real estate company here in Playa del Carmen.

They just celebrated their first year in business and are building their clientele every day. They both say that their business is booming beyond their expectations in the first year, but they certainly are not complaining!

Originally from Chicago, Elizabeth has over 10 years experience in real estate. Her educational background is in marketing, and she has a minor in Spanish. She went to Merida for a Spanish language study program in 1994, and would spend weekends in Cancun, Cozumel, and Playa del Carmen. And as we have heard the story over and over again, she fell in love with the area! She continued coming for visits and longer stays over the years and just 2 years ago she moved here permanently.

Ironically enough that is also when she met her partner, and now husband, Mario Gomez, who is originally from Argentina. Due to her extensive background in real estate, in the United States, it was a natural progression to go into real estate here in Playa del Carmen. Elizabeth still keeps her Real Estate license current in the U.S., and is a member and strong supporter of AMPI.

Elimar has found their niche, and the majority of their clients are first time North American buyers, and due to their outstanding service and capabilities they are able to cultivate long term clients through strong referrals and recommendations. They pride themselves on satisfying the needs of individual clients, and from the looks of things they are certainly achieving their goals!
