Astrology, Healing, Yoga, and Metaphysics in the Riviera Maya. By Jyotishi Devata What a year! As we close the month begins with a great intensity of planets. They are in tight alignment and grouped into Sagittarius and Scorpio. Mars exalted as a passionate warrior, ruling the great world religion of ‘money' is very close to Mercury and the Sun. The effects will be quick, decisive, and surgical like actions saving the emotions for later.
There is so much high level negotiating and alliances forming in the international world of finance. The masses will not feel the effects of the ‘coralling' that is being done for some time. Governments will become more powerful. Jupiter is also exalted in Sagittarius as it completes its one year cycle. You'll see Venus exactly at the same degree at the most interesting point! 28 Degrees of Sagittarius is where we will be focusing our attention in 2012. Jupiter is the messenger of justice. Jupiter will, however, pass into Capricorn in the early days of Dec where it will travel with the eclipse degrees of 2009. Expect to see collasol mergers as well as government agencies with new ‘rules of conduct' for society. Expect this month to be powerful globally. The full moon is in Taurus, and Mars stays with the Sun and Venus moves into Capricorn to be with Jupiter and Rahu. I'm sorry to say this intensity of planets and the global conditions along with the Mayan predictions are causing me to develop an "action plan'. November 23rd, 2008 a group of us ‘ex pats' gathered at Coffee Café where I gave a talk on the upcoming year and the inherent need for us to call our ‘tribes'. Not moving into fear, but remaining with wide open hearts and solid integrity. I have always believed that heaven and hell exist on this planet. Ours is a piece of paradise, and members of our expat tribe here in Playa del Carmen come from various nations around the globe. Thank you for your participation. We will do this again in a few months. We are in fact a new age tribe, most likely of reincarnated Mayan and Atlanteans coming back to our roots. New Moon has Mars and Mercury with the Sun and Moon in Sagittarius. The Energy is so condusive to undertaking new positive steps in your life. We will likely also see some fires and explosions. New Years has Mercury with Jupiter with an eye to conservative resolutions. We are in a time of major transformation on our mother planet. The internet and television has brought us so close. Knowing what is occurring in other parts of the world is causing an early awareness of the youth. They are maturing in a much different way than us.
