Rachael Ray filmed in Playa del Carmen. Rachael Ray visited the Riviera Maya, and Playa del Carmen, this past week to film for her Food Network show, Tasty Travels. She was scheduled to go to Dr. Taco, as well as the Blue Parrot before heading to Peru and Argentina.  Although
she was unable to make it to Dr. Taco, her crew filmed there last Saturday afternoon,
and Tuesday evening she filmed at the Blue Parrot. She greeted fans, signed
autographs, and posed for pictures before taking off to explore the nightlife
of Playa del Carmen.
She was easy going
and approachable and seemed to genuinely enjoy herself. Thank you to the
Fidecomiso for arranging for her travel and accommodations as well as the Blue
Parrot and Dr. Taco; it is nice to have a little celebrity attention here in
Playa del Carmen! Look for the coverage of her time in the Riviera Maya this
coming October on the Food Network.
