Susan has personally developed all of her recipes and menus that are offered, and she works with local nationals that are individually trained in the field to pay attention to detail in terms of personalized and professional service. Susan focuses on developing menus that highlight fresh local ingredients with unique flavors from the area. Susan can create an intimate dinner for a small group, or a wedding for up to 200 guests all the while still keeping top-notch service and professionalism as the focal point of each event.

Monica takes her attention to detail and applies it to the property management and vacation rental side of the business. Although property management and vacation rentals usually don’t go hand in hand the two complement each other with combined service packages that have proven to be a hit as repeat customers and referrals are on the rise. Monica offers a full service package managing buildings, condominiums, and private houses, which caters to both property owners and vacationers.
