Originally opened by Bruno Chapouthier in Xpu-Ha they are now on their fifth location., Now owned and operated by Christain Chapouthier (brother Bruno now owns Discovery Jungle Park) they are in a brand new location between 26^th and 28^th Street on 5^th Avenue. Wednesday evening friends and locals gathered to raise a cold beer to toast the reopening of Cabalova. Although, for the moment, they are only serving up cold beverages and satellite television, faithful followers and world wide sports fans are glad to have them back! So come by and say hello, pull up a chair, order a cold one, and watch your favorite sports event because Cabalova has proven that they are here to stay!
