DJ's and mixed medium artists came together to celebrate art, and to create a new concept in art exhibiton... Last night in Playa del Carmen over a dozen artists and multiple DJ’s created an incredible evening of art and sound. Mosaic artists, photographers, painters, plastic artists, sculptors and clothing designers put their art exhibition up at Tantra for the art connoisseur to enjoy, and all the while ethereal tunes were mixed complimenting the mood and the setting..... A veritable gallery was created in this lush tropical setting, and the artistic public sipped wine and took in some amazing art that dazzled the senses. DJ Netza is the creator of this cool event and concept, and he hopes it will segue into something that happens a few times a year. All of the artists, both musical and otherwise, are local to Playa del Carmen, but come from far corners of the world, so this brings a very eclectic background and varied styles and mediums to the show. If you did miss out on the evening do not fear, it runs today from 4:00 PM to Midnight at Tantra, and it will be sure to return again in the near future.Tantra is located on 22nd Street between 5th and 10th Avenue
