First there was the beach ban, then the leash law, but now muzzles? You have got to be kidding!

Why Me???

Hello everyone.. ...Yes,  it is me, Hansa the rust colored Dobe, and I have some fresh news about my life in Playa Del Carmen. I moved! Into a brand new home, in the Jungle, and it was great fun to run all over Playa del Carmen, but soon after I arrived, lots of people with many tools, and machines arrived too. They looked at me funnily, and wanted to feed me, but I cannot accept their food because my Mom is very peculiar about that (She complains a lot that I cost her "mucho mas dinero" as my skin is very sensitive in this climate)

Finally, I went back to walking at night on 5th or Quinta Avenida. Waooooooooo, so many people, lots of people wanting to pet me. It was fun! But then a woman in a uniform was haranguing my Mom (If you ask me... it would have been easy to say "No entiendo... Perdon" But you don't know my Mom!)

 WHAT ??? are they kidding me ??? No, NO WAY JOSE! I want my rights !  I am unable to play on the beach (see article of ....),  I have no place to run free as I use to do in the States, and I was lured into this place  by promises of swimming in the Caribbean waters, which never happened because of  a so-called law, but wearing a MUZZLE when strolling on 5th Avenue ??? This is to much!!!

Are you talking to me ???? Me, Hansa, the rescue Dog ???  Why Me ?? Because I am a Doberman ?? I am the one who is on a leash, who has to stop at every street corner, who has to obey, and behave, and not run after any cats... and sit or lay down while my folks are dining at a restaurant! Well ...Let me tell you .This is not fair and If I could express myself, I would say it sucks!

All of this because of a  French Poodle, (French again ! no wonder! Yes I know he was French ...He talks funny like my Mommy) charged at me aggressively and I had to bark to get him off my turf! what nerves!.. Ok I have a big Bark ... so does my Mom ... No one forces her to wear a muzzle!! (But my Daddy might .....)
