The Lasagna is the worst dish I ever had, directly from the freezer.
At the end I have told that American Express it is not welcome, so I tried to pay with other credit card and they pretend to charge an extra 10% just to pay with credit card "A ROBERY"

Best pizza in Mexico!! Get it to go by the slice

and its a lot cheaper!!

This place LOOKS

GREAT...fabulous location, beautiful lighting, great environment, young, beautiful staff...BUT

IT's ALL AN ILLUSION. I have the opportunity to eat all over the world...in the greatest cities

and smallest towns...on average 4 times a week or over 200 times per year. I would put this

restaurant and my experience this evening in the worst 10 restaurant experiences of this past

decade.

My husband, two daughters and I went for a fun night out while on vacation in Playa.

First I will detail the positives, as we discussed them tonight...

Great location...nice

lighting (but so dark you couldn't read the menu or the bill)...good music (but too loud to have

any type of conversation).
..good wine list.

Now on to the areas that need

improvement...

the service was incredibly slow...we were there for almost 3 hours and this did

not include dessert...it was at least 10 or 15 minutes between any request and when that request

was honored...wine, bread, another soda, the check...you name it...it took that long

the music

was SO LOUD we couldn't enjoy it or each others company. we asked them to turn it down and they

did, albeit only slightly.

my daughter's pizza and my husband pasta with lobster were fair in

terms of quality as was my beef carpaccio...another appetizer that I ordered was out for the

evening...also the portions were very small.

lastly, as noted by another patron, the bill was

wrong...we were charged for something we dididn't order, something we sent back because of how

it was prepared (a milkshake with yogurt) and then there was a 150.00 peso charge for the kitchen

and the bar that was only disclosed when the bill came.

I do not recommend this place...often

I will give a restaurant a second chance...not this one...not enough redeeming qualites with

either the food or the service.

OWNER...HE INVITED US TO BE HIS GUESTS FOR NEW YEARS EVE... IT WAS THE TIME OF OUR LIVES...WE

HAVE CELEBRATED THE NEW YEAR SINCE... WE ARE FRIENDS FOR LIFE... WE WILL BE BACK THS YEAR, A LIL

My husband and I had a nice small pizza (4 slices) and 2 salads, 2 drinks for 54.00. When the

check came the waiter said his services had not been added but there was a 14.00 additional

restaurant charge. We complained and refused to pay restaurant fees! The young waiter aplogized

and said he agreed that it was not right. The manager also agreed to take it off our check. We

were getting ripped off. The new experience we learned here is to look at your check before you

pay. Unfortunately we find errors the majority of the time.
