Excellent Customer Service Playacar Palace

While on vacation

at the Playacar Palace in Playa Del Carmenn, I had the pleasure of exemplary customer service.

Two Guest Service representatives, Mr. Federico Cardona and Mr. Carlos Martines, assisted me the

various services best suited to my preferences. Mr. Cardona demonstrated top-notch people skills

when he recognized me from my previous visit to Mexico in 2007 at the Aventura Spa and Resort.

Both gentlemen excel in the area of help, information, advice, and sales.

Like

other guests, I remember the impression left by those who I see everyday, those who anticipate

guests' needs, and those who have the calling for exceptional service to the patrons of the

Palace Resorts. Positive word-of-mouth is one of the best types of advertising; given this

statement, Mr. Cardona represents "best in class".

Playacar Palace

Cozy smaller resort with excellent staff. 3

dining choices in the evening (1 buffet, 1 Italian and 1 Asian). Excellent variety on breakfast

buffet. Very close to 5th ave and right next door to the Cozumel/ Playa ferry. Have been three

times and never been overcrowded. Close enough to hit 5th and find some great food and drinks.

Downside, rarely a beach - changes all of the time!
