modest size of this 46-room hotel offers a more intimate experience than the
larger hotels that dominate the area. The Mosquito Blue Hotel & Spa captures
the magic of Playa del Carmen with its luxurious guest rooms. The luxurious
junior suites, as well as comfortable standard rooms feature private terraces;
and these rooms face the beautiful cloistered courtyard. These rooms are all

Not as it seems

From the pictures on the internet and even first

impressions of the place were great. Once inside it was just all for show. Old stinky building

with a funky facelift and expensive rates. In magazines review, they said it was a quiet place,

it is in the heart of all the action, busy noisy and great. Just make sure that is what you want

when you go there. Old saying is appropriate" dont judge a book by its cover" works in

reverse in this case.
