Currently, private sessions are tailored upon request, and practice incorporates Ashtanga yoga (guided or Mysore style) and/or power yoga.A second structure that can accommodate up to 45 people is now completed, and workshops with teachers from all corners of the globe, and from varying yoga traditions, will take place on a regular basis.
Otam Yoga Shala will hold an official Grand Opening on September 9th 2007, with guest instructor Bryan Kest teaching a Master Class. Please visit www.otam-yogashala.com for details on workshops and for a current class schedule.
