Itza Spa is offering FREE mind and body classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Playa del Carmen and surrounding communities....

Come and open your mind and body and experience introductions into new avenues of health and stress relief.

Each class has a different focus and include such activities as: Respiration, Guided Visualizations, Sacred Circle, Movement of Energy, Tai Chi, Qi Gong (ideogram), and other Body Mind activitites.

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on the deck of Itza Spa in Playa del Carmen. So drop by to join a class or call for more information. Ask about monthly spa discounts offered to residents, and take a day (or 2 ) to relax and pamper yourself.
