HOW TO STAY HEALTHY WHILE ON VACATION AND AFTER... I believe most people get sick after a night of too much parting or going crazy at the buffet table trying to get their money's worth! Want to stay healthy enough to have fun? Here's how..
What vacationers don't realize is that if they happen to be in tropical weather; exposed to high temperatures mixed with alcohol, somebody is going to get eventually dehydrated, very sick and end up in a hospital plugged into an I.V. That's a fact! Tropical high temperatures and humidity often spoil long exposed foods, especially fruits, so be the first one on that buffet line. Now, make sure that before the alcohol or so called liquid diet begins please drink plenty of mineral water, not purified or distilled water because the filtration by Reverse Osmosis which is used to purify water these days takes life essentials minerals from the water, and believe or not, when we sweat we lose more than just fat, minerals and vitamins are lost too...So, bring and make sure to take your multi-vitamins supplements, and also a colloidal minerals' formula to mix with your favorite juice or purified water. Don't over heat! Often a good eight-hour sleep is forgotten while on vacation, so try to at least to get as much sleep as you can between parties or liquid diets, and don't forget to make sure to use that sun-block lotion if you decide to pass out under the Caribbean sun. If you don't, when you wake up, you're in for a big surprise! If you find time to do any physical exercise while on your tropical vacation, please do so on the early hours of the day when the sun is not that hot, and don't forget to have a bottle of water with you all times. Please remember that between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM we're heavily exposed to the sun's infra-red rays....bad, bad for you!
Over all, common-sense and moderation in all things while on your vacation can prevent you from a lot of head-aches, unnecessary risks and even death...so, use it! It's free! Dr Tony C. If you find yourself having difficulty getting to sleep, especially after a night of one too many Red Bulls with vodka, drinking milk that has calcium can be helpful, so is chamomile tea, passion fruit juice, or some garlic supplement can also help you to relax...garlic is a natural antibiotic and can help you prevent common colds and allergies as well.
