Is the Beach stressing you out? Do you find yourself unable to cope with shyness caused by over exposure to fun! Is Life in the Jungle a Jungle?

If so, you may have emotional problems hiding deep in your beach-going soul.

You see, in our human body, there is a devil inside that sends messages and symptoms when our body is not regulating itself or adjusting to changing conditions. It affects our personality in one way or another. To manage and live well, we need to identify these body messages and fix them.

Do you find yourself turning bright red?

Your probably thinking “So what, I am shy”. Or it it could be that PlayaMaya sun burn - or - it could also signify insecurity, fear and distrust.

In clear skin there are thousands of capillaries that get expanded and contracted when the body changes from heat to cold. When contraction happens, these capillaries push blood to the internal organs and skin turns pale. When these capillaries expand, the blood surfaces - making your face blush.

Here’s what you should do

First recognize shyness. Before talking in public, admit that you are afraid.

In this way, you face, excuse the pun, your reality and block the problem. There is no longer anything to hide and so you can face the day.

You see, being truthful to oneself is the antidote - besides blushing is a really a healthy way to manifest our emotions. Don’t worry too much!

Do you have Back Pain?

Back Pain is produced when vertebrae get pushed to the pelvis thus provoking muscular spasm. Pain in the lower lumbar region is typical in people who take on all the responsibilities of others.

Here’s what you should do

Refuse to take care others people responsibilities! Don’t accept that hot potato! Delegate! It’s an Anti-Stress treatment…….and your back will feel better!

Do have High-Blood Pressure?

Your blood pressure goes up when an alarming situation looms… To protect itself, your body simply sends more blood to your muscles.

Those with chronic High Blood Pressure usually have high stress levels that do not regulate after the emergency alarms go off. High blood pressure is found when people have strong reactions to disagreements, anger, fear and have difficulty expressing their emotions.

Here’s what you should do.

Slow down and get your emotions under control. Then explore the origins of your anguish. Find them and fix them. And do not be afraid of asking for help from family and friends.

High Blood Pressure can be serious so consult your local doctor for a check up.

Are you a Frequent Cougher?

If this happens every time you speak, well, you may be thinking faster than your lips can move. It is the same with eating. Slow down!

At the precise moment that your going to say something, the idea changes in your brain and so your trachea opens to “swallow words”.

Saliva moves in fast and coughing is the result.

This situation is common when you are not sure about what your saying, or you regret what you are saying.

Here’s what you should do.

Control your nerves! Slow Down! Clear your ideas and speak slowly. We have 2 ears and just one mouth, this means that we should listen twice then speak.

Do you suffer from Cold Hands? Cold Feet?

On some occasions being nervous can alter your artery diameter which regulates the flow of blood supply to the extremities . Your fingers go numb, cold, and lose their sense.

Indecision and fear of success are pointing your way. Maybe you are placing too much importance to living by the rules placed you by society? Hum? Maybe fear of breaking them gives you cold feet!

Here’s what you should do.

Find your self esteem. Then set reasonable goals that meet your mission under your own rules! Do what makes sense. - not pie in the sky stuff – real goals. You’ll forget your fears and live well.

Sleeping in awkward position is the obvious culprit. Or maybe it’s bad feelings from anger or disappointment. One bad emotion will change easily into a real pain in the neck.

When this happens, the neck muscles get tense and absorbed the impact. This is why your muscles contract and it hurts.

Here’s what you should do.

Get a good massage. It will help to relax muscles. Then go to the beach and relax!

Skin mirror your emotions - it changes depending on your feelings. If the skin is sensible, it hides a delicate soul , if it is rough, there is a hardness of personality. If skin perspires profusely, insecurity abounds. In fact the 80% of skin diseases are cause from psychosomatics
