Located two blocks from the Caribbean Sea in the heart of Coco Beach, Center 8 Studio is a fitness establishment where members can attain visible results and increased strength of body, mind and spirit.  Center 8 Studio's primary goal is to support members in their pursuit of total well-being, which can be accomplished through a combination of physical training and mental exercise," says founder Tiffany Williams-Rothe. "The result is a complete fitness experience that is not commonly offered in a conventional gym environment."

Center 8 Studio's certified and experienced teachers motivate its members through a dynamic and challenging class curriculum that has been designed to create balance, symmetry and movement in one's life. "My signature classes are a balance of structure and flow," explains Williams-Rothe. "The structure has been derived from my education in fitness, and focuses on safety, proper body alignment, breathing and technique; while the flow or my creativity comes from my background in jazz, ballet, African dance and modern dance and is expressed in the fluidity of movement and creative body expressions."

Center 8 Studio's group exercise class curriculum includes Center 8, a blend of weight training, circuit, ballet, funk and yoga; The 8 Count, an energetic, cardio-fat burning class that incorporates Tae-Bo, dance, plyometrics, circuit and high/low impact moves; Yoga Bliss, an Ashtanga-based yoga class taught by a dynamic yogi is meant to bring your body into a blissful state of being; Afro-Pilates, a class that begins with the movements of Afro-Brazilian Dance and ends with the controlled structure and flow of Pilates; Hip-Hop, this funky, jazzy dance class will make you move to the groove and feel the beat;  the Ultimate Athlete, a class primarily geared towards men who love a challenge and are sports oriented...  It will improve one's skills in soccer, basketball, swimming and most competitive sports by incorporating jump roping, push ups, squats, PNF, core training and more techniques to become an Ultimate Athlete; Chakra Toning, the practice of toning the Chakras or "tuning" your body, mind, emotions and spirit by using the power of your own voice.

"My signature ‘8-count' classes - Center 8 and The 8 Count - move the body to the eight counts of music and ultimately to an optimum state of fitness," explains Williams-Rothe.  "Although the classes are challenging, the ‘8-count' truly motivates my trainees to persevere through tough, but exhilarating workouts.  Whatever your stage of fitness training, I am trained to teach modifications, so I encourage everyone to at least try it!"

As an innovative fitness expert for more than 20 years, Williams-Rothe's passion for creative movement has taken her through jazz, modern dance, ballet, the aerobic craze, spinning, weight lifting and has culminated in her signature "8-count classes."  From age 3-17, she was a committed dancer, until at age 18, she discovered aerobics and became certified by the renowned Dr. Paul Ward of Health and Tennis of America. In 1990, Williams-Rothe began working at the high-grossing, high-volume fitness club, Holiday Spa (which is today known as Bally´s Total Fitness), and from 1990-1992, she was honored as Holiday Spa´s top grossing manager.  With her solid reputation as one of the best in the business, she decided to broaden her reach and began teaching not only at Holiday Spa, but at four more Los Angeles-area gyms For Women Only, Westside Sports Center, Main Street Fitness and Dance, Boulevard Health Club and Bodies in Motion.  In 1996, she joined Bodies in Motion as a consultant/fitness coordinator to successfully launch its first marketing campaign, as well as coordinate overall gym management.  Williams-Rothe's other career highlights include Planet Reebok ad campaign's principal athlete and fitness consultant (1993), Gatorade/Europe ad campaign's fitness trainer (1993), Dance France fitness/model and representative (1992-94), Crunch fitness video's athlete (1996), "Nike Instructors Across America" promo video athlete (1996), and lastly, in 1999,  she founded Rezults Training Inc. and "Rezults Challenge," a guaranteed personal training program which produces results in 8 weeks or your money back.

Throughout her career, her classes have been consistently filled to capacity (100+ attendees) and included celebrities such as E! Entertainment TV and Dancing with the Star's host Samantha Harris, Ali Landry, Amy Brenemen, Roma Downey, Alfre Woodard, Miss Fitness America Amy Fadhli, as well as numerous others in LA's entertainment industry.

In addition to Williams-Rothe's extensive teaching experience, she graduated cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1996; received a law degree from the University of Southern California in 1999 and independently studied nutrition at Santa Monica College.  Williams-Rothe is also certified with the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Chris Kostman of Adventure Corps for Instructor Development; and is the first and only Tae Bo certified instructor of Billy Blanks World Training Center in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Center 8 Studio founder Williams-Rothe converted a former rustic family home built by an Italian artisian  into the 128.5 square meter fitness center, all while maintaining the integrity and history of the property.  "In my experience, studios and gyms are as much about socializing as exercising, so I wanted to create a welcoming and approachable atmosphere - almost a second home for our members," says Williams-Rothe.  As a result, she created an alluring space - one that was created entirely with rounded wall/edges - that is infused with natural light from hundreds of artistically crafted windows and skylights throughout the facility, tranquil color schemes, and a two-story tree, which stands in the center of Center 8 Studio to serve as a pillar of strength and determination - all which lend to the Center's inspirational atmosphere.  Highlights of Center 8 Studio's design include the outdoor landscaped garden which  features indigenous plants and  initially welcomes members to the property; the main structure's downstair's space is home to the group exercise studio; while the second floor features a by appointment-only mini-spa that offers massage, manicure/pedicure and waxing services; as well as a roof-top lounge for relaxation.  Lastly, members and their children are privy to a unique service, La Guarderia or Kids Club, which is much more than just childcare. Under the guidance of trained staff, members' children enjoy a fun, safe and creative environment that features a colorful mural and a variety of activities for them to engage in while members enjoy their workout. La Guarderia or Kids Club Program also offers members' children capoira and drumming classes, art, music, yoga and other enrichment activities as well as fitness/dance birthday parties.
