Great oven roasted pork, German fried potatoes, and sauerkraut. The servings are huge and prices are reasonable. Don't forget to try their famous HAUSFUSEL

Feel like a change of pace for dinner tonight? How about German?
How about heading to a real neighborhood German style pub where you can meet your friends for a drink and have a delicious down home cooked meal?
Manne’s Biergarten will fit the bill. It is our families comfort spot. You will be treated like family from the moment you arrive by owners Manne and Susie. The atmosphere is casual and the décor very warm and inviting.
Friday is roast pork night; tender and succulent.
Wednesday is now rib and baked potato night. The baked potatoes and the bread served to your table come with a delicious spread called Aoli (Susie’s concoction) I wont give away the secret ingredients but it is incredibly good.

They also have an incredible collection of great tunes for your enjoyment and if for any reason you don’t like what is playing Manne will always change it for you.
Not being beer drinkers we always enjoy a glass of an excellent full bodied house red wine. The meals we order are usually always the same as we have our favorites. A gulasch (chunks of beef stewed in an incredibly good sauce served with red cabbage and fried potatoes), a schnitzel, an order of spaghetti (our daughter says it is the best) and if it is Friday an order of roasted pork.
Manne’s serves all kinds of other authentic German dishes like bratwurst, as well as Mexican and obviously spaghetti.
Manne and Susie are of course originally from Germany. Manne has had this restaurant for nine years now. He grew out of his first location and moved to this current location three years ago.
So the next time you feel like relaxing with friends and enjoying some great comfort food head down to Manne’s Biergarten and let them take care of you.

Guten Appetit!
Manne’s hours are Monday to Sunday 4:00 to 1:00 AM. They are closed Tuesdays. You will find them on 4th street between 10th and 15th Ave.

A major part of the charm of The Riviera Maya, and Playa del Carmen, is the international flare and influence that comes with people traveling from all over the globe to either live or visit the area. There is a large Italian community that lives here year round who flock to our pristine beaches. Swedes have also taken a liking to the beautiful Mexican landscape owning businesses such as local favorites; Babe's Noodle House and La Rana Cansada. The Dutch discovered it years ago escaping the cold winters of Holland to enjoy the warm tropical weather that we all love so much. Argentineans consider the Rivera Maya a perfect destination, and because of this we get to enjoy amazing Argentinean grills with amazing food that everyone raves about. Of course our neighbors to the north, in the United States and Canada, have been long time fans of Mexico in general, but specifically choose to invest millions of dollars in real estate in the Rivera Maya to secure their slice of paradise. Germans, Spanish, Nationals from all over Mexico, South Africans, Israeli's, and Uruguayans, are just a few more nationalities that have made the Riviera Maya a top-notch international destination.
