Put your party hats and best costumes on! It is going to be a fun filled party weekend with skeletons, and fright night fun in Playa del Carmen! Xcaret, Bar Ranita, The Blue Parrot , The Jam Session , Captain Dave's on the Beach, Captain Tequila, Zenzi, and Yaxche are all having parties and celebrations that kick off Thursday, October 30th and run through Sunday, November 2nd. Thursday, October 30th through Sunday, November 2nd Xcaret invites you to come and join in their Day of the Dead Celebration. There will be dance, visual arts, theatre, workshops, music, rituals, food, and more. Entrance is $250.00 pesos per person. For more information visit: www.xcaret.com.mx Friday, October 31st Bar Ranita- Bar Ranita will be hosting their 7th annual Halloween blow out with live music, drink specials, costume prizes, and extended hours. Party kicks off around 9:00 PM. Bar Ranita is located in the La Rana Cansada Hotel on 10th Street between 5th and 10th Avenues in Playa del Carmen. Blue Parrot- Nightmare on 12th Street party! Free admission until 10:00 PM, special fire show at 11:00 PM, and scary surprises all night long! The Blue Parrot is located on 12th Street and the beach in Playa del Carmen. Captain Dave's on the Beach Details TBA! Captain Tequila- Captain Tequila will be celebrating Halloween and Day of the Dead on Ocotber 31st, and November 1st and 2nd. On Hallowwen night there will be a costume contest with a 1st place prize of $3,000 pesos and a 2nd place prize of $1,500.00 pesos! Captain Tequila is located on 5th Avenue between 2nd and 4th Streets upstairs from Karin's. Zenzi- Come party on the beach at Zenzi on Halloween night! DJ Robbie and DJ Madrid will be spinning, and there will be prizes for best cotumes! Zenzi is located on 10th Street and the Beach in Playa del Carmen. Saturday, November1st Blue Parrot- Day of the Dead Traditional Dia de los Muertos Super Fiesta with free admission until 10:00 PM! The Blue Parrot is located on 12th Street and the beach in Playa del Carmen. The Jam Session- The Jam Session will be throwing a Halloween and Day of the Dead Bash. Festivities kick off at 9:00 PM and go until 2:00 AM! Live music, costume contest, and drink specials will be happening all night. The Jam Session is located on the corner of 40th Street and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen.
Sunday, November 2nd Hanal Pixan - Day of the Dead at Yaxche Yaxche will be hosting a Day of the Dead Celebration along with an authentic Mayan Menu;
