El Pirata, one of the oldest bars in Playa del Carmen, is going to have one heck of a party! El Pirata, which is located right on the beach between 10th and 12th Street next to Blue Parrot, has survived multiple hurricanes, major development, and changes in the local market, and it is stll going strong after 20 years. If that isn't enough reason to celebrate 20 years in Playa del Carmen then I am not sure what is. With a swing bar, laid back attitiude, and jamming reggae tunes El Pirata is a absolute favorite among visitors and locals alike. So come on down and join the celebration......
