The people at Coldwell Banker, Cozumel...............
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Cozumel. It's a great place to take a break from all the shopping you've been doing and unwind a little. It has loads of old world charm and great food. Nothing fancy, just lots of character and great atmosphere.
There is a huge tree growing in the middle of the courtyard that they say is one of the oldest on the island. And from the looks of it, I can believe it. It is really great sitting out under that tree having a cup of espresso.

Keeping the property market vibrant: Cozumel’s hidden jewel.
These days it might seem that an increasing number of property developments in the Riviera Maya are the creation of investment banks, corporate lawyers and marketing consultants. You will find a breath of fresh air in a condominium development in Cozumel that is still inspired by simple architectural beauty and value for your money.
In the north of the island, a young Scottish developer has invested his family’s life savings in a boutique 14 condominium dream.
Visiting Cozumel for the first time can sometimes be mind boggling. So many shops, so many restaurants, so much to see and do! Where do I start you might ask yourself?
Well most people like to start with some shopping and why not? There are many interesting and unusual things to be found here. It is pretty difficult to decide where to go first. Seems like every couple of steps you take there is someone trying to get you into their shop to look around and hopefully buy something. That's just the way things are when you’re in a place that thrives on tourist business.
So you’re on vacation in paradise. It’s nice isn’t it? Being able to go on vacation in the Caribbean is a dream for many people.
Those of us that are luckier still, actually live here. I live in Cozumel and feel very fortunate to be able to live and work in a place such as this. It’s really a dream come true for me. It has great people, beautiful weather, and the crystal clear blue sea.
As you well know living at home isn’t exactly like being on vacation. There are issues that must be dealt with and the possibility of the dreaded “legal entanglements” that can sometime arise.
The doors opened to the public on August 9th for the Dolphins at Atlantida in Cozumel. I had the pleasure of experiencing their program before it was 'officially' open for business, and was impressed. These are not dolphin performers; they are not treated as trick animals. This company offers an interactive dolphin experience, using the animals to educate and offer personal contact with the clients.................
You’re going to love this. If you’re looking for something really fun to do while you’re visiting Cozumel, you have to go on the Passion Island Adventure Tour. What a great time!
How does a secluded private tropical island with beautiful white sandy beaches sound? You will have no cars or motor scooters flying around. No vehicles allowed on the island..........

Lady Entrepreneur Lights Up Cozumel Real Estate Industry
Just what is Cozumel Living?
Some would say a laid-back lifestyle full of SCUBA diving and sun, but many others associate Cozumel Living with Nancy Edwards and real estate. This association is by no means accidental; Nancy has been working in Cozumel's real estate since 1996. In 2000, Nancy struck out on her own and Cozumel Living Real Estate was born.
Since 2000, Cozumel Living has expanded. Nancy had her office out of her home for two years before moving to the current office space on Melgar. Cozumel Living is complete with a full-time (multi-talented) receptionist, vacation rental manager, four agents, and it continues to grow!
As many Cozumel "locals" will tell you, it starts with just an innocent vacation.....................
Wow! What a fantastic combination - an American breakfast, a Mexican lunch, and bit of air acrobatics on a surf board!
Jeannie and Raul have the perfect mix for those wanting a little bit of back home flavor in the morning and some spice in the afternoon. For breakfast you have to try the Waffle Benedict, it is absolutely fabulous. I don’t know what’s in the sauce, but it is fantastic. The morning menu also has a variety of Waffles and other “back home” breakfast choices that are sure to please. After breakfast, you can hang out under the palapas or go down to the beach and go for a swim right there. Talk about a great location…
Okay, maybe your not a diver, and are not aware of the fact that Cozumel is a world renowned diving destination. Those divers among you don’t have to be told about the quality of diving and snorkeling that can be experienced here.
If your new to diving or just have never been to Cozumel before, you are in for a real treat! The type of diving that is done here is called drift diving, which means that basically, you just drift along with the slow moving current flowing along the fabulous reef formations.
