Just what is Cozumel Living?

Some would say a laid-back lifestyle full of SCUBA diving and sun, but many others associate Cozumel Living with Nancy Edwards and real estate. This association is by no means accidental; Nancy has been working in Cozumel's real estate since 1996. In 2000, Nancy struck out on her own and Cozumel Living Real Estate was born.

Since 2000, Cozumel Living has expanded. Nancy had her office out of her home for two years before moving to the current office space on Melgar. Cozumel Living is complete with a full-time (multi-talented) receptionist, vacation rental manager, four agents, and it continues to grow!

Nancy visited the island in 1984, and soon found herself coming back for more. In the early 90's she was coming at least twice a year because, as she puts it, "…a week in Cozumel cost less than just one weekend in Dallas!" In 1995, Nancy retired here and started working in real estate with Century 21 at the end of 1996. It was just a few hours a day, to start. Real estate became her passion; Nancy enjoyed introducing and sharing the island with others. When she started she says there were only two condominium complexes. The real estate market had never been huge, but Cozumel had a lot to offer in tourism and opportunity. Now there are six condominium complexes plus two under construction and many vacation homes that always seem booked. Cozumel has retained the paradise atmosphere, where people come to relax and get away from it all.

Nancy has made a name for herself on the island, and Cozumel Living is considered a most respected, trustworthy and ethical real estate organization. They believe that relationships do not end at the closing table. Cozumel Living receives many clients by word of mouth, so clientele and an excellent reputation continues to grow.
