Each home comes with standard amenities that will make your head spin: GE appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer, Kraftmaid brand kitchen cupboards, a stainless steel kitchen sink set in a granite countertop, and chrome sink fixtures (Delta or Kohler).
