Xaman Ha is a beachfront condominium building located in Playacar Phase 1, a secure, gated community located just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and 10th avenue. Xaman Ha is less than a 5 minute walk from the beginning of 5th avenue, Playa del Carmen’s famous pedestrian street with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and bars. Every unit in Xaman Ha faces the Sea and has a private patio or balcony with ocean views.

Unit 7001 has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is the first floor corner unit in the South building, right in front of the Caribbean Sea. More like a small house than a condo, two bedrooms are on the ground level, with two bedrooms below ground level. This set up is perfect for families with kids.

Casa Linda is located in Playacar Phase 1, just a 2 minute walk to the magnificent white sand beach. Playacar Phase 1 is a secure, residential community located just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and 10th avenue in Playa del Carmen. Some of the most gorgeous homes in Playa del Carmen are in Playacar Phase 1.

Casa Linda is a large, bright and spacious house on a double lot with a rooftop sun deck that features fantastic Caribbean Sea views. With a full-sized kitchen on the 2nd level and a small, but fully-equipped kitchen on the first floor and 2 separate laundry rooms, Casa Linda is a terrific choice for large groups who like their privacy. Casa Linda boasts a private swimming pool and an outdoor BBQ pit. There's even a pool room with lots of colorful beach towels with a full bath for showering after coming in from the outside. Multiple terraces from every level of the house offer lovely Caribbean Sea and courtyard garden views.

Villa Estefania is located in Playacar Phase 2, just South of the Xaman Ha Aviary. Playacar Phase 2 is a quiet, beautifully-landscaped community which features the Robert Hagge-designed championship golf course and the Xaman ha Aviary/Bird Sanctuary. This home was built in 2003 and completely remodeled in 2006. This home sleeps up to 12 people, making it perfect for large groups or families. This upscale home is decorated with Mexican tile throughout, and the owners have spared no expense in outfitting this home with amenities and features suitable for the most discriminating of guests. The new swimming pool was built with two sections: one deeper section and one more shallow that is perfect for small children or for the sunbather who wants to cool off while catching rays.

Villa Estefania is only a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to 5th avenue and the center of Playa del Carmen. Guests can take advantage of the owner’s Reef Club Playacar VIP card. Using this VIP card, you can pay a small fee to access beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt to purchase a discounted half-day/full day all-inclusive package. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool activities!

Casa Alcazar is located in Playacar Phase 2, just North of the resort Reef Club Playacar. Playacar Phase 2 is a quiet, beautifully-landscaped community which features the Robert Hagge-designed championship golf course and the Xaman ha Aviary/Bird Sanctuary. Designed for ultimate privacy, each bedroom has its own balcony, bath and kitchenette with a mini-fridge.  On the second floor, the master suite has a private sitting area with TV/VCR, balcony and a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop patio with views of the surrounding jungle and ocean. The 2nd floor lobby is an open-air sitting area with a palapa roof and ceiling fan. The other three bedrooms and baths are down the hall. A large courtyard patio, which can be accessed from either the foyer or the dining room, provides privacy amidst lush tropical landscaping. From here you can access the adjacent shared swimming pool and tennis courts or follow the path to the beach.
