Xaman Ha is less than a 5 minute walk from the beginning of 5th avenue, Playa del Carmen’s famous pedestrian street with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and bars. Every unit in Xaman Ha faces the Sea and has a private patio or balcony with ocean views.

Unit 7001 has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is the first floor corner unit in the South building, right in front of the Caribbean Sea. More like a small house than a condo, two bedrooms are on the ground level, with two bedrooms below ground level. This set up is perfect for families with kids.
