Palapa 59 - Paamul
This palapa was originally built for occupancy by the builder and it shows in quality, comfort and design.
It features all new construction both inside and out having just been completed on June 1st, 2007. The trailer is custom built with steel wall construction and vaulted ceilings. Being custom built on site allows for more interior living space such as a 14'X 12' living room with bay windows. The living room has a high gloss beautiful tile floor, and a beveled glass, front entry door with side lights.
The ceiling light/fan is top of the line and is remote control. Furnishings include a dual recliner sofa, over sized recliner chair, 2 end tables, coffee table and built-in custom entertainment cabinet.
The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen size bed with 2 night stands and has a gorgeous floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe. It has 2 closets for hanging clothes, 4 deep drawers, 2 double size drawers, cabinet space and ample storage overhead. There is also an 8000 btu "mini" split air conditioner mounted in the bedroom which is more than adequate to cool the entire home.
The bathroom is 9'x 12', fully tiled, with a beautiful sunken shower and waterfall shower head. The bath has a built in vanity and large linen closet with pull-out clothes hamper.
The is also a 9' x 12' storage room which could easily be used as a second bedroom. The master bedroom and storage room are separated by the bath allowing for privacy but giving both rooms the comfort of air conditioning.
The outside deck area features a fully equipped kitchen with a new 6 burner range, refrigerator, and breakfast bar. The kitchen was designed to provide lots of cabinet space and is fully tiled.
Some of the extra features of this palapa include; pressurized water system, kitchen tap for bottled drinking water, 750 liter tinaco for water storage, a separate bodega for garden tools, a laundry room and more.
This palapa backs up to a large undeveloped area giving additional space for a back yard with lawn and patio. Its a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the tropical birds and a garden with tropical flowers and trees. Perfect for inviting friends for an afternoon bar-b-que, and great for kids and pets.
The approx. $500 monthly rent for the space includes electricity, sewer, garbage collection daily and 24 hour security.
