If you have old electronics that no longer work, but you are not sure what to do with them; we have the answer.

Saturday, February 10th, there will be multiple drop off points to recycle your old or broken electronics. Sponsored by the local goverment, Xcaret, and CEA Akumal, there will be designated collection areas in Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and Tulum.

Computers and equipmet (mice,cables, toners, batteries etc), video equipment, cell phones, remote controls, microwaves, irons, blenders, air-conditioners, televisons, toasters, and any other electronics, can all be brought to one of the lcaotions to be dropped off and recycled.

Playa del Carmen- Main Plaza in downtwon Playa del Carmen from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM

Akumal- Centro Ecologico Akumal from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM

Tulum- Casa del Cultura from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM
