Retired Chief Ed and Norma Tarter were able to attend the 4th Annual Training Academy, and here is what they had to say about it......
Dear Editor, Finally this year we were able to make the trip. We are writing to thank Brian and his wife, Edie, for their hospitality and hard work. Also, we want to thank the restaurants--their owners and employees--for the delicious and varied meals we were served. Wonderful! Wonderful! Thank you, thank you so much for supporting your fire department. The bomberos' enthusiasm and dedication was heart warming. It was delightful to observe the brotherhood being formed by the participating Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Maritime, and airport fire departments.
