CataMaya can hold up to 100 guests, and does private charters, weddings, and other specialty occasions as well. There are 3 bathrooms on board, fresh water showers, sun decks, and shaded lounging areas to indulge every guest's needs and desires. An open bar, great sound system, snorkeling, and lobster lunch is a great way to spend an afternoon.

After boarding the Catamaran you will get a safety briefing and introduction to the CataMaya crew and facilities. Your first stop is an opportunity to snorkel in the crystal clear Caribbean waters. Haven't snorkeled before? No worries, they provide a snorkeling orientation, and snorkel guides will be in the water at all times to assist you if necessary.

After about 45 minutes of snorkeling time the open bar begins with all you can drink beers, sodas, water, and international drinks. While relaxing and enjoying a creamy pina colada the crew prepares a grilled lobster lunch served buffet style with salad, pasta, rice, and veggies that will surely leave you well satiated. After everyone is finished with lunch the Catamaran sails leisurely back out to sea where you can engage in a bit of fishing if you so desire. The day ends back at the Marina in Puerto Aventuras where air-conditioned transport awaits to take you back to your hotel.

If you plan to book the tour, please bring a towel, sunscreen (although part of the boat is covered), swimwear, change of clothes & payment ticket on the day of the sail. We will send an email payment confirmation to take with you.

In the event of bad weather or adverse sea conditions on the day of your scheduled tour, The CataMaya may be forced to cancel your trip. We will attempt to contact you and the CataMaya personell will notify you at your hotel as well. If it is not possible for CataMaya to reschedule you during your stay, the deposit placed will be refunded to you. This tour is not recommended for those who suffer from seasickness.

If you have other questions, special requests or need to accommodate a private party or group, we would be glad to inquire.
