Adopt a pet in Playa del Carmen

Make a difference in an animal's life and adopt one of these amazing survivors. A tiny kitten found in peril, and a beautiful Weimaraner left to die, are both looking for loving homes.

Meet Canelo; he is a Weimaraner, and approximately 11 months old. He was found by Glenda in the middle of the jungle - tied up to a tree under the sun.  She doesn’t know how long he was there but he was very nervous, full of ticks, and close to death. Canelo will need a special home; someone who is patient and loving and would have the time to care for his wounded soul.....

Canelo in Playa del CArmen

By his behavior it seems pretty obvious that he was abused as he is afraid of the dark, sudden movements and cages.  He responds very well to being outside in an open area and being talked to softly.  He also interacts well with other animals.Glenda is covering all of his expenses (food, bathing, and neutering) while he is with our friends at Clinica Veterinaria. If anyone is interested in this very special guy, or if you would like to make a donation to help with the cost of his care while he waits for his new home, please contact Claudia or Maria at Clinica Veterinaria.

Clinica Veterinaria is located on Calle 45 Sur s/n entre 1a Ave. y Ave. Juarez. Telephone:  984-873-1108
